Healing is a collective effort.

As individuals, we all need support, and we deserve for that support to be compassionate, nonjudgmental and respectful of our identities, values and experiences. I consider it an honor to be invited to support the healing, growth and wholeness of people within my communities.

But individual healing can’t be sustained without a more expansive commitment to social change.

So many of our country’s organizations, institutions, systems and structures - even those who want to participate in healing - contribute to the violence, harm and injury experienced by individuals and communities.

But it doesn’t need to be this way.

I am committed to supporting transformation within systems and institutions, in service of true healing for the people and communities I love. If you are a leader in the medical, mental health or social service fields and you are invested in being part of the organizational change that is required for collective healing, I would love to work with you!

Cammino” translates into English as “journey,” “path,” and “walk.”

Cammino Consulting accompanies people & organizations who are seeking companionship and support for the following types of Camminos:

  • Personal Healing

We all need support, and we deserve for that support to be compassionate, nonjudgmental, and respectful of our identities, values and experiences. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here, and you do not need to make your way alone.

I consider it an honor to be invited to support your healing, growth and wholeness. Come as you are, with whatever you are carrying, and we will walk that path together.

  • Professional Development

Supervision and mentoring relationships have been some of the most transformative and enriching aspects of my career, and facilitating professional seminars, workshops and trainings has been a transformative “cammino” of creating community professionals who hold shared values & commitments.

I am especially interested in working with professionals who are committed to anti-oppression, cultural responsiveness, and de-colonizing approaches to care.

  • Organizational Transformation

Personal healing and professional development can feel futile in the face of societal, organizational, institutional, systemic and structural realities that contribute to exclusion, inequity, discrimination and disparate outcomes for historically minoritized and marginalized individuals and communities.

I have spent 20 years in nonprofit and university settings, and am committed to transforming these systems through consultation & program development.

“If you have come to help me, you are wasting your time.
But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us walk / work together…”
